Well today could have been a little better.

When you go to a fertility doctor you don't expect his first idea to be the quickest safest way to have a baby is to have your embryo implanted into a stranger as the answer to your fertility problem. Or the alternative "Lose weight to improve your chances". I just don't understand why it has to be so difficult. Gonna have to lose some weight. I think I have been putting it off now for too long.
